This Privacy Policy applies to Prosperi USA LLC, DLN Consultoria & Informatica Ltda and Teams Ideas and governs data collection and usage.

For the purposes of this Privacy Policy, unless otherwise noted, all references to “Teams Ideas”, “Prosperi”, “we,” “us,” “our” include Prosperi USA LLC, DLN Consultoria & Informatica Ltda, www.teamsideas.com, www.prosperiglobal.com and www.prosperi.com.br.

By using the Teams Ideas application, you consent to the data practices described in this statement.

This policy also explains your choices surrounding how we use information about you, which include how you can object to certain uses of information about you and how you can access and update certain information about you. If you do not agree with this policy, do not access or use Prosperi Services or interact with any other aspect of our business.

Where Prosperi provides the Services under contract with an organization (for example, your employer) that organization controls the information processed by the Services. For more information, please see Notice to End Users below. This policy does not apply to the extent Prosperi process personal information in the role of a processor on behalf of such organizations.

In order to better provide you with products and services offered, Prosperi may collect personally identifiable information, such as your:

- Phone Number

If you purchase Prosperi's products and services, we collect billing and credit card information. This information is used to complete the purchase transaction.

Prosperi does not collect any personal information about you unless you voluntarily provide it. However, you may be required to provide certain personal information to Prosperi when you elect to use certain products or services. These may include: (a) registering for an account; (b) entering a sweepstakes or contest sponsored by us or one of our partners; (c) signing up for special offers from selected third parties; (d) sending us an email message; (e) submitting your credit card or other payment information when ordering and purchasing products and services. To wit, we will use your information for, but not limited to, communicating with you in relation to services and/or products you have requested from us. Prosperi may also use your personally identifiable information to inform you of other products or services available from Prosperi and its affiliates.

Prosperi does not sell, rent or lease its customer lists to third parties.

All such third parties are prohibited from using your personal information except to provide these services to Prosperi, and they are required to maintain the confidentiality of your information.

We will promptly investigate your complaint and respond to you, in writing, setting out the outcome of our investigation and the steps we will take to deal with your complaint. We are committed to not knowingly collecting personal information from minors unless we have obtained proper consent from a parent or legal guardian. From time to time, Prosperi may contact you via email for the purpose of providing announcements, promotional offers, alerts, confirmations, surveys, and/or other general communication. In order to improve our Services, we may receive a notification when you open an email from Prosperi or click on a link therein.

If you would like to stop receiving marketing or promotional communications via email from Prosperi, you may opt out of such communications by clicking on the UNSUBSCRIBE button.

We may store your data on servers provided by third party hosting vendors with whom we have contracted.

Prosperi collects information globally and may transfer, process and store your information outside of your country of residence, to wherever we or our third-party service providers operate for the purpose of providing you the Services. Whenever we transfer your information, we take steps to protect it.

International transfers within the Prosperi Companies: To facilitate our global operations, we transfer information globally and allow access to that information from countries in which the Prosperi owned or operated companies have operations for the purposes described in this policy. These countries may not have equivalent privacy and data protection laws to the laws of many of the countries where our customers and users are based. When we share information about you within and among Prosperi corporate affiliates, we make use of standard contractual data protection clauses, which have been approved by the European Commission to safeguard the transfer of information we collect from the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom (the "UK"), and Switzerland.

International transfers to third parties: Some of the third parties described in this privacy policy, which provide services to us under contract, are based in other countries that may not have equivalent privacy and data protection laws to the country in which you reside. When we share information of customers in the European Economic Area, the UK, or Switzerland, we make use of the European Commission-approved standard contractual data protection clauses, binding corporate rules for transfers to data processors, or other appropriate legal mechanisms to safeguard the transfer.

Many of our products are intended for use by organizations. Where the Services are made available to you through an organization (e.g. your employer), that organization is the administrator of the Services and is responsible for the accounts and/or Service sites over which it has control. We are not responsible for the privacy or security practices of an administrator's organization, which may be different than this policy.
