For the purposes of this Privacy Policy, unless otherwise noted, all references to “Teams Ideas”, “Prosperi”, “we,” “us,” “our” include Prosperi USA LLC, DLN Consultoria & Informatica Ltda, www.teamsideas.com, www.prosperiglobal.com and www.prosperi.com.br.

By using the Teams Ideas application, you consent to the data practices described in this statement.

This policy also explains your choices surrounding how we use information about you, which include how you can object to certain uses of information about you and how you can access and update certain information about you. If you do not agree with this policy, do not access or use Prosperi Services or interact with any other aspect of our business.

Where Prosperi provides the Services under contract with an organization (for example, your employer) that organization controls the information processed by the Services. For more information, please see Notice to End Users below. This policy does not apply to the extent Prosperi process personal information in the role of a processor on behalf of such organizations.
Collection of your Personal Information
In order to better provide you with products and services offered, Prosperi may collect personally identifiable information, such as your:

If you purchase Prosperi's products and services, we collect billing and credit card information. This information is used to complete the purchase transaction.
Prosperi does not collect any personal information about you unless you voluntarily provide it. However, you may be required to provide certain personal information to Prosperi when you elect to use certain products or services. Right to Deletion

International transfers of information we collect
Prosperi collects information globally and may transfer, process and store your information outside of your country of residence, to wherever we or our third-party service providers operate for the purpose of providing you the Services. International transfers within the Prosperi Companies: To facilitate our global operations, we transfer information globally and allow access to that information from countries in which the Prosperi owned or operated companies have operations for the purposes described in this policy.
