SUCCESS STORIESWhat Others Say About Us
Greater Visibility into Project Performance; Ease of Use
We get more visibility, which enables us to plan and monitor all aspects of a project – time, cost and scope, in a quick and easy way on the web [internet]
Currently, the teams have more commitment with each other and agree when to complete project work. It’s easy to know the status of tasks. There are deadlines to begin and end every activity, which facilitates the completion time and means the budget does not get inflated.
Optimizing Spend and Efficiency
With the adoption of Microsoft PPM, our objective was not necessarily to reduce costs, our focus was on optimizing efficiency. However, we were extremely pleased to be able to optimize our finances too. We expect savings of 3.5% to 4%.
In addition to the control and scale gains already experienced, the expectation with the use of Microsoft PPM is to turn the day-to-day learning from the project into corporate knowledge. We are going to build internal Web sites for the managers to point out errors being made, and the risks associated with them, so that going forwards, each project can be planned and orchestrated with more maturity than the previous one.
Improving Resource Management
The ability to manage centralized and integrated resources is the first major benefit of Microsoft PPM. Another advantage is no longer having over-allocation or under-allocation of resources.
